Far from the madding crowd - our beautiful, self contained long barn - is a wonderful retreat. Set at the end of a lane on a private estate the fields are farmed organically and we plant trees; over the years, thousands of them and we continue to do so. There are hours of walks from the door and super fast broadband if you are looking to write your novel, or watch a movie in front of the wood burning stove. A large box of logs is provided.
Situated at the head of the Tanat valley, on the edge of Snowdonia - there's a stream for cooling your toes after a long walk on the heather moor - there are many routes to choose from without going near a road.
