Summary: Understaffed on arrival. Had to wait 10 minutes to check-in as only one member on who was serving in the coffee shop. However staff were generally helpful. Convenient location for both Keswick and Grasmere/Ambleside. Rooms very clean though bed was harder than I’m used to. The continental breakfast was delicious with unlimited barista-made coffee. I would stay again in the future. Very reasonably priced in a lovely part of the world.
