Positive: The house is in a quiet rural area, with a very spacious yard, beautiful views and a comfortable living room and kitchen. Children can play basketball or badminton. Relatively nearby is a very nice waterfall in the mountains where you can swim.

Negative: The biggest disadvantage is the lack of air conditioners in hot weather. Only one fan is available for all rooms. And only one shower room for everyone.

Summary: The house is convenient for anyone who wants to spend time outside the big cities.
