Stylish 1 bedroom apartment located on the ground floor with porch access, closest to the swimming pool. Apartment itself is 39 Sqm with personal kitchen, 1 bedroom and private bathroom ( aircons in every room) and big balcony. All amenities for cooking, kitchen and dining ware are provided. Big fridge and microwave oven, kitchen stove, kitchen sink, blender, toaster, rice cooker , coffee maker, are installed.
Apartment features dining table for two, comfortable foldable sofa bed in front of Tv to watch your movies. Washing machine is available for your private use on the balcony.
No smoking in the apartment, but can smoke on the balcony (please keep the door closed to prevent the smoke from going inside). Good for 2-3 adults and (or 2 adults + 1 child, please take a look at available beds first to make your decision).
Guests can use the whole apartment and all communal places, such as lobby, swimming pool and gym, big parking. All services are provided on "first come, first served" basis. laundry room (extra) in the building also.

The apartment is situated in a quiet, not crowded place, 2 min. drive (15 min walk, 1100 meters) from one of the best beaches in Phuket - Nai Yang and the Sirinat National Park. 2 min. to Phuket airport (planes do not bother), 10 min drive to the international school Pia Thanyapura, 10 min drive to Naithon Beach, 15 min drive to the supermarket Tesco Lotus Thalang. The apartment is in close proximity to Blue Canyon and Mission Hills golf clubs. Family mart, 4 outlets of 7/11 stores, mini-markets Tesco Lotus Express and Supercheap are a few minutes walk or drive from the house. There are 2 nice local markets nearby where you can buy fresh seafood, veggies and fruits 5 times a week. A variety of Thai and European restaurants, massage shops, coffee shops, bakeries, bars and shops are all within walking distance. Plenty of jungle/rain forest attractions (waterfalls, gibbons, cable ride, etc. ) are inmin drive.
You can catch buses and taxis to any corner of the Island from the Phuket International Airport, which isminutes walk from the apartment. It is also possible to rent a scooter in the area around, there are plenty of car rental shops also. You can ask reception to do that for you.
We have a bus stop in 4 min walk from the apartment (Phuket Airport bus) - cheap to go to old town and big malls and attractions
