Our project is beachfront (Location shown in airbnb is the main entrance of the Project, which is from the main road), however, it is big project with private beach area and infinity swimming pool looking at the beach.

This apartment is one Bedroom apartment located on ground floor of the Large beachfront project in Hua Hin with private stair use to go up and down to swimming pool from the balcony. It is about 43 square meters space with 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom with nice rain shower with hot water. There is a nice living room with big 55 inches Smart curve TV and sound bar music system to enjoy your Netflix. Nice 2 seats sofa plus 1 seat leather sofa for your family to watch the swimming pool and garden. There is strong winds whole day from the main door through balcony door, no need to open air con and you will fall in love with this apartment. It will be your life memory of your stay at this pool access apartment.
We have private washer and there is laundry center and bikes rental near Tennis court. There are many nice pools located walk way to the beach and infinity pool at beach front. We do have golf cart to drive you between beach and our building for free, just ask security guard to arrange it for you.
There are two restaurants located 30 meters away from the beach front. We are 250 meter away from the Hua Hin Airport Bus Station that takes you to Suvanarbhumi Airport and Pattaya city. Electricity and water are included in the price. Fiber Optic WIFI with 300/300 Mbps by Cat internet provider.
Easy to get taxi through Grab application for foods/groceries delivery through Grab.

- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
