Positive: Staff were lovely and friendly, nice outside area, in a very quiet residential area

Negative: The rooms were very very dated, very strong smell of drains coming into the room, bathroom and shower not very clean, and beds so uncomfortable could definitely do with a freshen up, the desk is also not manned over night
