Newly renovated ( July 2017 ) Come to stay at our beautiful house Downtown of Bangkok. Very fine decor, wooden floor, Chinese style.
The House is Townhouse. 3 floors 5 levels. Which is 3 bedrooms. Featuring large rooms, high ceilings, Over 300 square meters of living space, air conditioning throughout, a lovely balconies, private parking, plus complimentary use of our bicycle.
1.MASTER BED ROOM (L) Top floors 75 Sqms (Duplex). Hollywood twin bed super King size 7 foot bed. With big balcony and bathtub. This room can add up mattress up to 3 person.
2. MEDIUM SIZE BEDROOM (M) 40 Sqms. Queen size bed and 1 daybed. Balcony is also in this room and rain shower. One mattress can add up for extra person.
3. SMALL SIZE BED ROOM (S) 30 Sqms. Queen size bed. With rain shower.
One mattress can add up as well on this room.
All rooms are provided hot water, Soap, Shampoo, Fresh Towels, Hair dryer.
Maximum the house can contain 12 persons.
DINING ROOM & KITCHEN
- Two Dining tables can contain 12 person. For you to get together and enjoy some snacks or easy own cooked breakfast. You also can meeting on this room as well.
- TV,HDMI,DVD,Android box.
-Fiber-Optic internet provided speed up to 100 Mbps is available throughout the house!

1.We are living and working next door. During office hour me and our team willing to help you.
2.We can show you how to get around in our neighborhood to making your stay easy.
3.After you booked my house you will get a code to enter the house. It is require copy passport and copy arrival card if you are a foreigner. If you are Thai it is require your copy ID upon check in.
4.Our property is not a hotel but is our house. Therefore, we do not provide daily room cleaning and changing bed sheet/towels during your stay. Anyhow, if you really need a cleaning, please do not hesitate to let us know. That's will be extra charge.
5. We can help you to make arrangement of the following services:
-Pickup and Airport transfer.
-Information about Bangkok, Southeast Asia trip and etc.
6. Please let us know your flight detail before you landing.
