Includes kitchenette but most people prefer to eat out as the restaurants are so good and reasonably priced. The seafood restaurants are fantastic. There is a family run restaurant on-site and they serve Thai and Western food. There are 2 saunas in the main building - one each for men and women. There are 3 swimming pools, one just for kids and another with a jacuzzi section. The gardens are really amazing and beautifully maintained throughout the year.
We highly recommend a car as the villa is about 3km outside the main town of Cha-am. It is right beside the Sofitel Hotel.
If you are looking for peace and quiet and a place to relax and unwind then it is perfect but if you are looking to party and for nightlife then it is not the place for you.
It is usually only busy at weekends when the Thai owners come from Bangkok so midweek you almost have the whole development to yourself.
The gardens are beautiful, there are 3 salt water swimming pools and the beach is practically on your doorstep.
