Travel Purpose: leisure

Positive: The staff were the highlight of our stay. Extremely nice and accommodating. They adapted to our daily schedule to provide breakfast, lunch and dinner. Shout out to Mon who was really helpful and tried his best to help us enjoy our stay. The view of the mountain from the room is very nice too.

Negative: The room (King Room with mountain view), hotel grounds and facilities were disappointing. Our room smelled rather bad especially when we arrived and was very basic. The air conditioning was extremely noisy. The whole room wobbled when people walked passed it. The bathroom was bad with toilet paper jammed into the wall vents to stop insects from coming in, the sink wasn't attached to the wall properly. The list goes on. We're usually super easy to please but there is a lot to improve and we've paid less for more comfort elsewhere in Thailand.

Summary: The staff and owners made up for an otherwise disappointing room.
