The quiet side of ReLife The Windy: 3rd floor, east-facing balcony over the garden, no building in front, no road behind — sunrise and birdsong, and nothing else. Renovated 32 sqm studio built for remote work: full-length desk, ergonomic chair, dedicated 500 Mbps internet, second monitor on request. King bed, blackout curtains, full kitchen, washing machine inside. Infinity pool, gym downstairs, 7-Eleven and bakery one minute, Nai Harn Lake 3 minutes, beach 15 on foot, 24-hour self check-in.
Fully renovated 32 sqm studio on the 3rd floor, garden side. East-facing balcony — morning sun, shade from noon, no traffic noise at night. The desk runs the full length of the wall; with the second monitor it's a proper two-screen setup.
WHAT YOU GET
Sleep. King bed (193 cm × 203 cm) with hotel linen, blackout curtains that actually block light, a quiet split AC. Concrete walls between units — you won't hear the neighbours.
Work. A 200 cm work table with task lighting and a real ergonomic office chair, not a dining stool. Dedicated 500Mbs internet line. A 24" second monitor and a UPS are free on request, 2 days ahead; power cuts don't drop your meeting.
Kitchen. Full-size fridge-freezer, hob, microwave, toaster, French press, and enough cookware, plates and cutlery to cook properly, not just reheat. A powerful blender, plus our handwritten smoothie recipes on the fridge — the mango-and-lime one gets photographed a lot. Washing machine inside the studio.
Living. 55" smart TV with Netflix, HBO, Disney+ and HDMI for your laptop. Balcony with a small table and two chairs over greenery. Safe, iron, hairdryer, fresh towels per guest.

The building. ReLife The Windy was commissioned in November 2019 — solid construction, two lifts that work, underground parking for a car or scooter, 24-hour security and CCTV. Honest word on the facilities: the rooftop pool is lovely at sunset, with mountain and sea views, but it's a residential pool, not a resort pool. The gym is small — treadmill, bike, free weights. Enough to keep a routine, not to train seriously.

SCOOTERS
Most guests rent one within a day or two; the south of the island opens up with it. We'll point you to the rental we've used for years — French-run, well-kept bikes, fair rates, and the deposit actually comes back.

CHECK-IN
Getting into the building. ReLife is a large, secure complex, so the main entrance is card-access — there's no way around that for a first arrival. In practice it's usually quick: residents and guests come and go often, so you can generally walk in right behind someone within a minute or two. If reception is open (09:00–19:00 daily) they'll happily let you in and point you to your building.
Getting into the studio. Once inside, head to your unit. The lockbox is at the door. Lockbox code will be provided at checkin. Inside you'll find your key and two building access cards.
Take one card with you — that's yours for the stay, for the building and lift, any time, no more waiting at the gate. Leave the second card in the lockbox. It's your backup: if you ever lock the studio with your card still inside (it happens), you can get back into the building with the spare rather than being stuck after 19:00 when reception is closed.
Check-in from 15:00. If you arrive earlier, message us — if the studio is ready we'll open it up before then; if not, you're welcome to leave your bags and go straight to the beach.
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE
Check-in from 15:00, checkout by 11:00 — we'll extend either way if nobody is arriving behind you. Electricity 8 THB/kWh and water 70 THB/unit by meter, settled through Airbnb after checkout; a normal week is small money. Max 2 guests. No smoking inside, the balcony is fine. No pets (condo rules). Passport copy required by Thai law.
Honest sizing: this is a 32sq.m studio for one or two people who value quiet, a real work setup and the location over square meters. If you need space for a family, tell us and we'll point you somewhere better.
WHY WE CHOSE NAI HARN AND NEVER LEFT
Nai Harn Beach — the cleanest bay on the island, and one that still has patches of living coral around the rocks at both ends. Kata, Karon, Patong, Bang Tao — the coral there is mostly gone, boat traffic and crowds saw to that. Bring a mask; it's worth the walk in from shore.
Nai Harn Lake, a few minutes on foot — a flat loop that locals run and cycle every evening (the cycling track is being commissioned in March 2027) . Easiest running route in Phuket.
One minute from the gate: 7-Eleven, Lotus's, a genuinely good pastry cafe, currency exchange, massage. You don't need a scooter to live here.
Eating — two to five minutes on foot: Ali's BBQ, Italian, Thai, Indian, Russian, plus a dozen more toward Rawai. We've eaten our way through most of them over the years — message us and we'll tell you honestly which are worth it and which to skip. No point wasting a meal on this trip.
Worth the ride: Ya Nui Beach and Promthep Cape for sunset, Rawai seafood market and boardwalk, Chalong Pier for day trips to Phi Phi, Racha and Coral Island. Kata and Karon a short ride north for a busier day.
Zero traffic jams. Nai Harn sits at the end of the road, so the jams that define Kata, Karon, Patong and Bang Tao never reach us.
