Water is complimentary, while electricity usage is charged at ฿6.00 per unit/kW. Payment in cash (Thai Baht, THB) is required upon check-out (by 12:00 PM). We'll record the initial and final meter readings for transparency.

It will have less impact on our apartment as we are situated at higher ground, and as long as you shut the sliding door access to our large balcony, the noise is not obvious.
