Hidden in a lush tropical garden, Bangtao Beach Gardens is a residential estate of modern spacious condominiums, barely 200 meters away from Bangtao Beach, a magnificent, 8 kilometer-long crescent shaped bay with pure white sand. It offer two superb swimming pools and gymnasium facilities. Our tastefully decorated 120 sqm two-bedroom penthouse condominium is situated on the third floor, offers great views of the surrounding mountains and look down over the pool and gardens.The condominium has recently been fully renovated. It has a warm, cosy feeling, and offers great comfort. We provide all basic amenities that would allow you a pleasant, as well as functional stay, with us. The kitchen is fully equipped and allows for proper cooking to happen. Our beds allow for a great deal of flexibility, depending on your needs. We can either have them installed as king size beds. However, if you are a group of friends, but do not necessarily want to sleep in the same bed, we can install them as single beds, with two single beds per room. The condominium lies within a well maintained estate, with a lush vegetation, giving a true tropical feeling. The estate is fully fenced, has 24/7 security & CCTV cameras. Parking spaces are available. Two swimming pools are available, one is a play pool for kids and families, the other is a lap pool for serious swimmers. A fully equipped gymnasium is also available, as well as a sauna. A BBQ area is also available within the common areas, but has to be booked for a fee. Keep in mind that your condominium comes with a rooftop that can be used for a BBQ. We will gladly provide the BBQ if you give us a 24 hours notice.The guests have access to two swimming pools, one being a play pool for children, the other being a 25 meters lap pool, a sauna, a fully equipped gymnasium. All these facilities are available for free. You will be welcomed at the condominium by myself. You will not be dealing with an agent. If requested, we will be there to assist you in planning your stay in Phuket. We can assist you with your transfer from the airport to the condominium. The cost will be THB 700. A FEW IMPORTANT POINTS: The cost of the housekeeping, cleaning, and laundry of the linen and towels is THB 1,500. You will have your own washing machine. If you wish to clean, and iron by yourself, the linen and towels before your departure, we will reimburse you the THB 1,500. Additional housekeeping can also be provided at the cost of THB 500 per visit. Please give us 24 hours notice. We provide free wifi. We do not have cable TV but the TV is a smart TV and is fully connected to the internet. You can therefore watch your favorite Netflix series. Water and electricity charges are included in the price. THE NEIGHBORHOOD: The condominium is ideally located walk distance from most things you could possibly need during your stay. Renting a car or a motorcycle should therefore not be necessary to get around. Additional to that, we will provide free bicycles. Bangtao Beach is less than 200 meters away from Bangtao Beach Gardens. Less than one kilometer away from the condo, you will find more than 20 Thai restaurants, more than 10 international restaurants, including some serving halal food,more than 10 bars/sports bars/ wine bars, more than 20 massages parlors, 5 can and/or motorbike rental shops, 12 ATMs, 1 bank, 2 pharmacies, 3 money changers, 4 laundry shops, 1 yoga studio, 1 Thai boxing training center, 1 dive center, 5 24/7 convenience stores. You have a large tourist information center right at the entrance of Surin Beach (about a kilometer away). Catch Beach Club is 2.6 km away. Cafe del Mar is 3.8 km away. GETTING AROUND:Grab (same as Uber) is in Phuket and provides taxi services across the island. We would recommend you download the Grab application on arrival, as well a get a local sim card at the airport. The Bangtao Beach area is basically flat. We are providing - free of charge - four bicycles for you to move around easily. Please keep in mind that a USD 100 security deposit will be asked for each bike.
