🏡 Villa Layout
Our pool villa spans two floors. The bedroom is accessed by stairs and separated by a partition rather than a solid wall. It is fully air-conditioned with two large split units for your comfort.
🌿 Open-Air Design
Guests booking should be comfortable with an open-air concept. The living room, kitchen, and pool area are open-air in traditional Thai style, as shown in our photos and description. This means spaces are exposed to nature and the elements. To ensure comfort, we provide mosquito nets, earplugs, and bug spray so you can enjoy the lifestyle with ease. Bedrooms and bathrooms remain fully enclosed and equipped with modern amenities, including AC.

📷 Security Camera
For safety, a camera is installed at the entrance gate. It monitors only the exterior entry and does not record any private or indoor areas.
Please note, that there is a 3-story apartment next to us, and while some residents may have a view of the pool, the building is not heavily occupied.
Additionally there may be minor noise from the pool equipment from time to time.
The road next to the house is going through upgrades so construction noise is possible during the day from 9AM to 4PM.
We want to be transparent about this to set the right expectations.
Not suitable for little children under 7 years old.
Pool usage instruction:
- Pool lights switches are found outside of the pool engine room next to the kitchen.
- Please do not adjust any switch or enter any cabinet labeled STAFF ONLY as this may cause the pool pump to be switched off causing pool imbalance and will cause staff visit and additional cleaning costs borne by the guest.

This 2 Bedrooms House provides accommodation with Barbecue/Outdoor Cooking, Internet, Air Conditioner, for your convenience. This House features many amenities for guests who want to stay for a few days, a weekend or probably a longer vacation with family, friends or group.
