Beautiful house on two levels, situated 30m from the beach in a very quiet neighborhood. This is the ideal place for a relaxing holiday, with the beach few steps away from the door. and amazing sunsets that can be enjoyed from the upstairs balcony.
The ground floor has ceiling fans and portable fans; it is a very cool space. The upper floor (sleeping area) has A/C and fans.
The house is situated next to Marga yoga studio, vegan food shop and cafe'.

The house is on two levels; on the ground floor there is a large sitting area including a sitting room, a kitchen and attached bathroom. A fenced porch at the front and a gated small back garden outside the bathroom. The upper floor is the bedroom with one king size bed that can be separated into two single beds and two extra single bed, making it ideal for a family with a young child (a baby cot is provided, if needed) or friends sharing the space.
